It is possible to book a visit to the production lab which includes tasting. They are reserved for groups between 8 and 15 people, however the number of visitors can be doubled by splitting the group in 2. The tasting visit costs 4 euro and lasts 30 minutes, it includes :

A presentation of the lab with an explanation of each stage and of the production processes used,

A tasting retracing chocolate, from the cocoa bean to the final sweet (tasting of cocoa beans, 100% cocoa, 72% cocoa, milk chocolate pastils with cocoa bean chips, Epernay Pavé, praline crate)

Discussion about chocolate, confectionery with tips regarding tasting and use of the products with answers to all the questions asked.
Whatever your requirements, be sure to confirm your visit a week in advance and to send us a deposit check or pay for the visit to save the chosen date as the number of visits is limited as the production is stopped at visiting time for hygiene and security reasons.
